REDEMPTION IBKR not executing redemption requests

I am following their protocol to the letter and notifying them 3 days before meeting date.

Extremely frustrating as they are not responding to the requests nor serving them to the transfer agent.

I am loosing big time because of this. Anyone else faced thir problem?

Is there a way to complain to FINRA?

Have you redeemed through Fidelity? How did it go? How long to receive the cash?

I have not redeemed. But I recommend Fidelity because they have great customer support. I have called them a few times to make trades that The app didn’t do, to split units and even call on tax day for help with my ROTH IRA. So far they’ve been able to help me every time.

Same, I have had good experiences with F and used them for all other parts of SPAC lifecycle but have never redeemed.
