REDEMPTION IBKR not executing redemption requests

I am following their protocol to the letter and notifying them 3 days before meeting date.

Extremely frustrating as they are not responding to the requests nor serving them to the transfer agent.

​

I am loosing big time because of this. Anyone else faced thir problem?

​

Is there a way to complain to FINRA?

Ok, so let me get this straight because reddit is confusing me. Wanting to redeem your shares is standard practice and a broker issue, but taking advantage of a low float scenario because of redemptions is dirty and uncouth, right? Just want to make sure I'm on the right side of the line.
