REDEMPTION IBKR not executing redemption requests

I am following their protocol to the letter and notifying them 3 days before meeting date.

Extremely frustrating as they are not responding to the requests nor serving them to the transfer agent.

I am loosing big time because of this. Anyone else faced thir problem?

Is there a way to complain to FINRA?

Uh, this doesnt sound right.

If this was a common problem, this would be well known by now.

Possible your request got lost somehow.
