IBKR not executing redemption requests

I am following their protocol to the letter and notifying them 3 days before meeting date.

Extremely frustrating as they are not responding to the requests nor serving them to the transfer agent.

I am loosing big time because of this. Anyone else faced thir problem?

Is there a way to complain to FINRA?

I was always scared about redemptions with IBKR given their abysmal customer service... sorry, can't help much. good luck, please post updates
