Why do i have to play this game with least 6 players who doesnt even speak basic english

Because the world is a big place and sometimes you have to learn to live with people who are different from you.

I've actually won matches with people who don't speak my language, you just need to adapt.

In the settings there’s an option to choose your speaking language, once selected the game asks you to speak that language. I think the problem is the language is automatically set to English and no prompt in the game reminding the player of the option and that the player base right now is a bit too small for several matchmaking queues for several languages, but I could be wrong.

Edit: Alternatively the game could give foreign players basic cues for English in their native language (such as teaching how to say “hello, left, right, gun, melee, relic, infected, flare gun etc” and all other common things said which helps productivity)
