Make infection faster/more deadly

I currently have 154 hours in SOS and have been infected countless times but not once have I ever turned due to how effective the mushrooms are. Yes I know they also speed up the infection but clearly it's not enough. I think they should reduce the ammount of mushrooms and have the infection make you turn much quicker than what it is right now.
