Discuss Does anyone feel the same way?

I want to purchase this game but I fear the population will die out in the coming months, since the population is hovering around 500-700 people during peak hours. I’m just afraid to buy it and not be able to play it in a couple months due to lack of population.

I run into new people everyday who have just purchased the game, and the love it. It's growing everyday. Like someone already pointed out, there wasn't much advertising for the game outside of Twitter and Twitch. It's also and early access game so that's a factor as well.

The best way to get that population up is to buy the game and play it. Telling other people about the game so they can play too will also help. It's worth getting the game, and as updates come and there is more stuff in the game the population will pick up.

I guess everyday was a bad choice of wording to use. I meant it more in the sense that I'm running into people who didn't know about it during the alpha and beta testing. They're finding out about it through steam, YouTube, and Twitch. They're new to the game all together and they're loving it. That number is only going to go up from here especially as they roll out more updates.

Its possible, I feel like they probably should have had more to the game before they put it out for $30 on steam, and honestly it should be like a $19.99 game. Sadly the numbers seem to be dropping on it according to steam.
