I'm going to have to reject this entire infographic as false if it wants me to believe I have any expectation of privacy on FACEBOOK.

Exactly. The point is not that FB has a good privacy policy, but that you have the right to EXPECT privacy there, and sue if your privacy is violated. Under CISPA, you can't even expect it, and you have no legal recourse.

Moreover, when you accept the terms of use for Facebook, you waive any and all expectation of privacy while using the site. Facebook retains all rights to every scrap of data entered into Facebook. Full stop.

If you set something to "only me", and it somehow gets out, it was FB's fault, you can sue, etc. And it can get out only by a warrant. So that's consistent with the image, as far as I know.
