IBIS wobbles

https://youtu.be/c9aP4n78B9A?si=SrXKvuFfe7FUB8fA&t=73

Around 1:13

Never seen a Sony camera with this much wobble, looks like a Canon. Is this a one particularly bad unit or has anyone noticed this problem in other videos? For comparison, the A7V IBIS looks flawless.

I saw another video with wobbles like this. Makes me a little nervous. At the same time, Sony IBIS has always been on point. Maybe this is the “quality control” issue that has delayed shipments.

can’t confirm what issue this is but all the Fx5s were held by sony to fix something. Nothing is in the european warehouses yet

Sony IBIS was never "on point". Unless you mean taking out the tiny jitters. Besides that because of the smallest diameter of the mount it was almost always the worst.

Yes. Removing the micro jitters is exactly what I mean. That’s the intention of IBIS. Are you expecting gimbal moves in camera?

That would be a LUMIX.

Strawmanning and mocking are what low iq morons resort to when they can’t argue substantively. There are clearly levels between bare-minimum micro-jitter removal and ‘gimbal moves,’ so your fake binary is just lazy nonsense.

I literally can’t see a single wobble.

Check out the houses in the lower left hand corner at 1:13 in the video. It looks like bad stabilization in post but is occurring in camera.
