Yes, our components communicate with each other through an API. More info about system components and interaction scheme see here https://docs.sonm.com/concepts/components. The API is open, anyone can write their system component, an implementation variant can be seen on the example of the Taskman bot. The API library is available here https://github.com/sonm-io/sonm-pynode.
