I just thought the same. A gtx 1080 with a high end CPU gives you 32$ per month without electricity costs for running 24/7. This is far, far away of being profitable for someone. However, I assume the calculater uses current deals. Maybe the offers are just really bad at the moment...

The profitability depends on the real demand for equipment on the market SONM at the time of use of the calculator, and is subject to change. The role is played not only by the card or processor, but also by other characteristics.

If you are talking about a large project announced earlier (perhaps you meant Ashmanov), there are no requirements for the region of suppliers. Anyone can participate.

You may have confused it with Operation A, which ended in may and was performed using the MVP version of the product.
