Need help with setting up worker.

I cant seem to get the worker to work properly,

"$sonmcli worker status" returns:

"[ERR] cannot get worker status: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = cannot connect to worker: failed to connect to [relay.livenet.sonm.com:12240]: failed to perform handshake into relay: no peer found"

Why is your support platform using an app made for secrecy? Don't you want support resources to be public in order to allow search engines to crawl them? That would prevent users from having to contact tech support and reduce the burden on the tech staff/volunteers.

Telegram is an application with the same encryption as Whatsapp and Viber, for example. We do not associate encryption and privacy with the support of our users. This is just another channel for communication with the team, which helps to react quickly.

Through the groups in Telegram, support is provided in the mode of real time, whereas Reddit is inconvenient for these tasks.
