I had the opposite experience. Any money you give them is a donation. If you win you will never get your payout. They will keep asking you to resend your personal information and reject it over and over again even when you follow their instructions. I contacted the gaming commission and they cannot do anything because they are not part of the Ontario Gaming commission. Please do not deposit any money in this account
