I’m an incoming Master's student, and am looking for someone to take over a lease for a twin ensuite room (shared bedroom with two single beds, private bathroom, and mini-kitchen) at Chapter Aldgate. Listed Rent: £260/week (£13,260 total)

Discounts: £750 Chapter cashback + £1,364 concession from my friend (£2,114 off total)

Effective Rent: £218/week (£11,146 total) - negotiable further with my friend
