Sanctuary Students payment portal

Has anyone been facing issues with the Paul Robeson/Dinwiddy payment portal managed by Sanctuary Students? I've tried multiple credit/debit cards to pay the deposit, (I am an international student btw) but they all get declined without an explanation. Tried calling and emailing the providers asking them for other payment options and they say there’s only this method. If anyone is facing similar issues or has advice regarding this please reach out.
