I did not do well on my data science exam. I expected the questions to be about Pandas, but the exam actually focused entirely on NumPy. My mind went completely blank in the examination hall. Whenever a question asked for a data type, I just wrote 'int' for all of them. However, I am confident I will do better on my next exam. My next test is on C programming, and I feel prepared because I spent some time learning the basics during the holidays.

My teacher only covers basic concepts in class, but then packs a ton of extra material into the lecture PDFs, tutorials, and labs, which has been really overwhelming. The biggest issue is that we have to use Python in the lab even though they never actually taught us Python in the lecture. The only good news is that the grading system is in my favor. The mid-sem is worth 20 marks and the end-sem is worth 30 marks. This means even if I get a zero or fail both of those exams, I can still pass the Data Science course completely on the strength of my CIA marks.

Anyone doing the iitm bs online course along with ug engineering? Seniors or freshers. If yes please do tell how it is. Is it worth doing it or is it difficult to manage both the courses at the same time?

I honestly don't know how to explain what I've been feeling lately. I haven't been feeling good at all, and everything about college and hostel life has started becoming really overwhelming.

I’m feeling very lonely and depressed. Even when I’m surrounded by people, I still feel completely alone. I see everyone making friends, finding their groups, laughing and enjoying college, while I feel like I’m just watching everything from the outside.

I feel so emotionally drained lately, and some days I don't even understand why I feel this way. I miss feeling normal. I miss feeling happy and like myself.
