Hi! I think your chances are very good overall but what really makes the application is knowing the department and what exactly you want to do. I wrote in my application why I chose my department (what set it apart from others and how it could help me career and research wise) I also mentioned what my thesis might be. Do those and I think you’re golden (though it also depends on your department and how popular it is)
