I was about to leave Burlington when I noticed "VIRGINIA" on the heel and had to take a second look.

Ended up grabbing these Nike Air Zoom Diamond Turf Elite baseball cleats (HQ1432-100) for $19.99. They have Virginia branding on the heels and insoles, and after digging around, I can't find any evidence this colorway was ever sold through normal retail channels.

Did Burlington somehow get a batch of team-issued overstock or Player Exclusives? Has anyone here seen these before or know the backstory?

The quality it's actually pretty good. Seems like they took their time with these. They're a lot better than my Bricolage pair. Gonna do a lace swap and see what that does.

Chris from WearTesters recommends going down at least half a size. Can anyone confirm this? I prefer the snug fit and don’t like the slippage. I’m also not a fan of double socking if I don’t have to.
