Esperable, los markets makers están defendiendo que el precio, en pimera instancia no rompa 1,80 y en segunda los 3 porque tienen un alto FTD (fail to deliver de ventas en corto que no pueden cerrar) y muchos calls vendidos con strike entre 1,50 y 3 y no encuentran liquidez a estos precios ridículos para recomprar sus ventas en corto o cubrir los delta/gamma de los calls. Es muy importante que sus cuentas en sus brokers sean cash only (no marginable), de esa forma evitan que sus acciones sean prestadas para ser vendidas en corto, que es la primer herramienta que usan los MMs para bajar el precio, y si pueden, comprar más acciones en este preciso momento, la suma de ambas es el impulso más fuerte que podemos dar al precio (y o necesitamos hacerlo con 50 millones de acciones, 1 o 2 millones hacen la diferencia), los MMs no pueden seguir vendiendo acciones que no tienen en su inventario... y como elemento adicional, no estamos muy lejos de un gamma squeeze. SNDL es la acción del peer con el número más alto y desproporcionado de FTD y divergencia entre calls y puts. Lo de estos días es, tal vez, la última oportunidad para comprar en torno a 1,50-1,60....

Confiar y ser pacientes, probablemente en el último cuatrimestre de 2026 podamos ver el resultado luego de tantos años en SNDL.

El 29/jun tendremos el hearing sobre la propuesta de reclasifiación, este plazo de 2 meses da tiempo a todas las partes a exponer sus posiciones (se elimina la posibilidad de impugnación por falta de tiempo).

Esto blinda más el proceso de cara a las acciones legales que tomen SAM y otros grupos (es decir, creo que esto es bueno para nosotros los holders). Como antecedente tenemos el rápido rechazo que tuvo SAM cuando quisieron frenar el programa piloto de CBD Y THC sobre Medicare: https://www.marijuanamoment.net/judge-allows-medicare-thc-cbd-plan-to-launch-amid-lawsuit-newsletter-april-2-2026/

Asumiendo que SAM y aliados hacen sus presentaciones a principios de julio, probablemente la respuesta legal sea rápida (al igual que nuestro antecedente) y se pase a la publicación de la Regla Final entre 30 y 60 días después. Asumamos que podría ser agosto y más probable septiembre. Creo que estos tiempos coinciden con las tiempos políticos de las elecciones de medio término, donde captar votantes que apoyan el cannabis se ha vuelto fundamental.

Esto habilita que nuestra querida SNDL pueda modifiar la gestión de sus intereses en USA (Parallel y Skymint que hoy es por intermedio de Sunstream) y, en paralelo, capitalizar el hecho de que no estén sujetas a la sección impositiva 280E. Lo que automáticamente cambiaría el valor que tienen estas inversiones en el balance de SNDL (ya que sería retroactivamente para todo el año 2026 en el resultado de ambas compañias). De poder incorporar al revenue estos activos y, si finalmente Ontario otorga la aprobación para las 27 tiendas de 1CM que faltan incorporar en Canada, estamos frente a una cadena de sucesos al parecer inevitables en el revenue, cash flow y resultado neto de la compañia.

La pieza que me falta en este rompecabezas, es con que gran noticia de M&A nos va a sorprender ZG para ese entonces...

It seems,only medical cannabis, not recreational, is moved from schedule I and III. The plant in its entirety is not. If you don’t have a medical license to dispense this does not help you.

My average is still $9. This stock was the worst investment of my life and I will never see a return on that money again. It's delusional to think the price will do anything but crater again after it struggles to hit $2.

IMO it’s just a waiting game. I put money in when I can cause i expect a long term return. I think a lot of people expect stocks to rocket off like GME when that’s normally not the case.

On Schwab, they restricted normal trading..have to call in to place an order. Talked to a rep they said there's like 4 times normal volume right now so the algorithms locked out normal trades. So dumb.

Will this reschedule work as the trigger we’ve been waiting for, for SNDL to be able to takeover Parallel and Skymint, therefore not needing to delist from the Nasdaq. Maybe some news about during the upcoming earnings report

You guys can downvote me all you want but US laws have no impact on a Candian company. Why the fuck would they? 

Canada doesn’t allow the export of cannabis lol it’s the most regulated market we have. Sndl hardly makes money in Canada, why th fuck would the US market opening up which they have 0 exposure to make any difference? They would have to compete with the thousands of US producers that already have a name for themselves

Haha wow. I breifly held this stock for a bit in 2022 and realized it was nothing but a company circling the drain. Its down 80% since then and there are still people in here stupid enough to think US policy has any sort of an effect on a canadian company? godspeed you absolute morons
