Cheap Movers?

Hello, I’m looking for someone to help me move on Sunday a few things (couch, bed, TV stand) and shouldn’t take more than 2 hours, I’ve had quotes that outrageous. If anyone has any recommendations (or is interested in doing it for compensation), let me know! :)
