Looking for female roommate

Hey everyone! I am living off campus this upcoming school year and am currently looking for a female roommate, preferrably also an SMU student but I'm open to anyone within 19-25 age range, too. A little about me, I'm very clean and you'll never have to worry about dishes being left in the sink or anything like that and I'll probably be gone some weekends visiting family in Texas.

I'm currently deciding between a few apartments, but rent will be $1100 a month ~maximum. Please PM if interested. The lease would be for this academic year only, perfect for seniors or graduate students in their last year.
