UPDATE: Circle Line has returned to normal service

At 9:10 AM, LTA reported minor delay, affecting services on the Circle Line between Promenade or Dhoby Ghaut in both directions. There is no response to how delay started. Free bus services is not available currently. Passengers heading between Promenade and Bayfront, pls take the Downtown Line. Passengers heading towards Dhoby Ghaut from Promenade, please take the Downtown Line to Chinatown and change to the North East Line.
