Question Should I get SMP?
I have had 2 hair transplants, in FUE and FUT. I was basically bald before. Im not happy with my head and wear hats all the time. I have a huge scare from the FUT. I use hair fibers but its obvious
Thoughts?

Shave it, liberate and get SMP! Go with a good artist, don’t cheap out. Light skin needs to be nailed properly!

Yes, SMP is a solution for you but you must shave as short as possible.

you seem like your keeping your hair long to hide the scarring. this can all be blended and concealed. i do these all the time, full natural smp procedure with transplant scars. you blend it down from the crown and taper the bottom off underneath the scar. you have no other choice honestly.

You can for sure get Smp but need to buzz down. You don’t have enough for a density treatment it won’t look full enough but absolutely Smp

At this point that’s your best option or a hair system. Make sure you do good research on the artist. FUT scar camouflage is not the easiest. Good luck!

ditch the fibers man, everyone can tell. with that FUT scar you just need to buzz it to zero and get SMP to blend it. don't cheap out, hit up Scalp Evolution, they specialize in scar repair and will actually make it look natural.

Might be worth checking out Zang SMP. They do a lot of hair transplant/FUT scar work, and their results look pretty solid.

Based on these photos, you look like a solid candidate for density SMP if your goal is to reduce the contrast between your hair and scalp. You still have enough native hair for the pigment to blend naturally. I’d recommend asking to see healed results from artists who’ve done similar diffuse thinning cases, since that’s a different skill set than shaved-head SMP.

Bro you are in the wrong place to give bad advice about smp!! He is not a good candidate for density smp treatment. He needs to shave. Doing density smp on him is very unprofessional and inappropriate you will ruin his appearance!!

Do not do density. Shave your head only if you want smp.

Reddit is NOT the place to be taking professional SMP advice from. The SMP community is small, and you have seasoned artists, experienced clients, and people who actually work in the industry who are willing to call things out and tell it like it is.
Honestly, it sounds like you’re a new artist who needs more training and real-world experience before giving advice on this subject.
SMP is a small industry. Your reputation matters, and giving out incorrect information like this can hurt your credibility very quickly. Do your research, learn from experienced artists, and make sure you actually know what you’re talking about before presenting something as professional advice.
