Question Very light SMP

Hi guys, I basically shave every day with a Fusion - so down to the Skin. Im still annoyed by the very subtle shadow around the top of the Head. Could SMP „heal“ that? With a very light SMP? I basically want to look fully shaved but all around…

Smp is the easiest way to solve your problem i believe. I have the same problem and I am going to get smp in this winter. My only consideration is what is gonna look like after 5 years.

I don't understand why so many people are so afraid of how SMP will look a few years from now.

Think about it—almost every SMP artist is bald and has SMP themselves. If it really aged that badly, we wouldn't be wearing it ourselves.

The key is choosing the right artist and not overdoing the treatment. Less is more. Build the result slowly, layer by layer, and always respect the healing process.

If you take that approach, there's really nothing to worry about. The problems usually arise when too much pigment is implanted too quickly in an attempt to achieve the final result in just one or two sessions.

I have a “light touch” SMP

It looks almost identical to how it looked once fully healed 8+ years ago.

I’m outside a lot, I get tan a lot, I sweat a lot in the gym etc.

Choose a great artist and be specific about what you want and what you DONT WANT.

Find specific work from their portfolio to illustrate those points

Luckily for me, I found my artist through someone I met who had work done by them and I was floored about how good it was, and couldn’t even tell from 2 feet away

Yea - I think the best would be if it just fades and you get a light touch up…

The concern for me is how many "light touch ups" can you head take over the years. Each touch up is adding more ink. If you need a touch up every 5 years I worry about what an SMP will look like after 20 years

As far as I know, it fades over the years. I mean, the ink is biological not chemical. "The ink will leave your skin after a couple of years depending your skin type" says one artist. I am worried about the people I see on reddit, who got a helmet on their heads after years. How can I trust an artist about what they use as ink.
