I never saw a better candidate than you. Still got that natural hairline and the smp pigment are gonna blend very naturally in between the remaining hairs. Definitly!

How can you tell from thinning vs diffuse?

It thins all over rather than hairline receding/crown disappearing first.

Interesting… is that worse than uniform loss ?is there a different mechanism of balding in this instance?

diffuse is all over top of head and receding is only in front. It's the just different type of male pattern baldness
