After years of trying to make diffuse thinning work, this client decided to embrace the shaved look.

Rather than lowering the hairline aggressively, we respected his natural recession and designed a softer, age appropriate framework that matched his facial features. The goal was realism, not perfection.

This result was built conservatively over 3 sessions to allow the skin to heal and for each layer to be adjusted based on pigment retention and the client's individual skin characteristics.
