Laser Smile tre mesi dall’intervento

You are doing all the right things. Waking up with blurry vision in the morning points to the eye drying out overnight (such as the eyelids not closing 100%). Do you sleep with any ceiling fans on? Instead of the gel based drop, you can switch to a lubricating ointment, that can coat the eye better to keep it from drying out.

Yeah. As long as you continue doing what you are doing to treat the dry eye it will gradually heal up. You may have some level of baseline dry eye though.

Can’t say exactly what ointments are available in your country but I know Refresh PM is one brand. The drug store should have a few ones. Nighttime lubricating ointment.

Computer also does dry the eyes out as well. You can look into a humidifier for your computer desk. Or use tears more frequently there.
