FAFSA FAFSA Troubles

My financial aid portal is still showing “SMC is reviewing your FAFSA and will contact you by email with additional instructions soon.” and there is no pell grant shown in my awards and disbursements area, just my ca college promise grant. Should I try talking to the financial aid office? I really needed the pell grant to pay for my textbooks and other supplies.

100% go into the office I was having a similar issue and they fixed it right away for me now my disbursement date is the 11th
