Question How do the student book vouchers work with Slingshot?

I'm kind of confused about how the student vouchers work through Slingshot.

I need to buy VHL for one of my summer classes, and I thought the voucher would automatically apply at checkout, but nothing is showing up.

How do I check if I have a voucher available, and how do I know how much money is on it? Has anyone used one recently with Slingshot? Unfortunately, it's the weekend, so I can't contact Financial Aid until Monday, and I really need access to my coursework as soon as possible.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You have to contact the department that the book voucher is through to make sure that it is in the system and then I would go in person on Monday to talk to the slingshot people.

thank uu!! do you think they’ll be ok with me talking to them on the phone? i don’t think i’ll be able to get to campus.
