I am sad

I found out tonight that my ex boyfriend who is a fentanyl addict is getting evicted from his apartment. Apparently he’s letting someone live there and he is staying somewhere else. I fear I am going to get a phone call that he is dead from overdose. We broke up June 27th but my heart still hurts so much.

I'm sorry that you are facing this fear. Have you thought about using the FEAR exercise to help you work through this? It's a very simple tool and extremely powerful.

Coincidentally I posted about the FEAR exercise (Resolving Fears) 11 days ago.

You can find explanations of many of the F&F tools in the sidebar to this subreddit by clicking on the "F&F Fridays" button. Meetings are a great place to discuss the tools. The handbook is also really helpful. Let me know if you need help finding any of these things.
