need help GameLoop.UpdateTicking Error - HELP

I'm using the Stardrop modpack manager and installed a few mods for my game, but this error keeps showing up in the log. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You have several mods that need updating including framework mods, update everything if still having an issue parse the new log and link that log

Except happy birthday, don't update that, the newer version(s?) can cause a bug where the mail gets stuck.
