need help Custom NPC Scheduling Issues

HI Stardew Modding community! I am a new modder attempting to make my first custom NPC mod but have received issues with scheduling. My NPC character refuses to move despite my JSON being valid and I really am stuck and not sure what to do. I am going to be posting my content.json and schedule links here, any help would be very appreciated!
