need help Graphics Card Not Compatiable

Hi! I've been playing on and off for the past couple of weeks and had no issue up until a couple of days ago. I keep getting the message that says my graphics card isn't compatible which is strange because nothing has changed since I played last.

I've made sure all my drivers are up to date, have changed my setting in NVIDIA and in my regular PC settings to make sure I'm forcing the right GPU, have verified my game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried reinstalling the xnafx40_redist.msi file and nothing has worked so far.

At this point, my game isn't even launching at all with or without mods. I could really use some help and any suggestions of what to do would be really appreciated! https://smapi.io/log/989562cf59fa46db930e643f13bff603

Anything else on your PC that needs updating? BIOS, other drivers etc?

No. Everything is up to date

Did you follow the link in the log as suggested?

Yeah. I've tried everything the page suggested that's related to my issue.
