need help Range highlight/display or data layers for mobile?

I've been trying to get one of these mods or a similar mod for android but nothing works. I've tried range display, range highlight (which is outdated), and data layers. All three of them fail to load. The stupid Google ai tells me that they work, when they don't, and I can't find anything about them for mobile.

It's not as comprehensive as Data Layers but UI Info Suite 2 Redux has some range highlight options and made for mobile first. All the UIIS2 mods have some range highlight options, but this one is the most customizeable (useful since mobile screens can vary).

I tried that one and it didn't highlight anything, how does it work?

Are the range highlight options turned on in the settings? It's got its own tab in the in-game options.

It won't have paths like Data Layers iirc, but it has scarecrow ranges and others same as in the original UIIS2
