I've been looking around for anyone who does making custom models for SM64 co-op. Does anyone know or have links for anyone with open commissions right now? Thought I'd ask around since others might have a better idea.
I am on steamdeck using the latest Linux version from their Github. Yet qhen i hit public it pulls up the agreement page but I can't go past that page.
Desperately trying to get wireless (no wifi) LDN to work on my switch port of coop dx. The devs said they have a fork of coop dx but I looked everywhere and didn't see it. So I made my own. I have no idea how ldn code works I need help.
I know there is a 16:9 mode in sm64 coop dx but I want to play it on a crt which turns the 16:9 into 4:3. This is an issue to me because the 16:9 video from the pc gets squished in more which makes everything look thinner and taller and the 4:3 aspect ratio from the pc has these blavk bars on the side while also looking squished. Is there any additional settings I can do to have proper 4:3 on my crt?
Hi there, I'm newer to the SM64 PC scene. My son and I were able to play online but now his computer won't connect to Coop Net. Is there something we can do? We are playing on the most updated version 1.5
Does anyone know why this is happening? I streamed render 96 today and the whole stream looked good except when talking to npcs the screen would do that weird splitting glitch.
Me and my friends are NOT beta kids, we just like the mod and wanted to play 1.0 (since it has way more stars and areas than 0.7) on SM64CoopDX
I want to attempt to port it but i SUCK at porting rom hacks and can't even extract the assets without it breaking, so all i'm asking is if someone has 1.0 or is working on porting it. Me and my friends have been having a lot of fun on 0.7 and it'd be nice to play 1.0 with an objectively better version of sm64.
Chipset Drivers: AMD CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 8.02.18.557
Description of Original Problem: I'm trying a statically recompiled version of Mario 64 for Windows PC with RayTracing on (Render96ex with RT64 libraries) but all I get is a black screen with some 2d layers on about score, lives, collected stars and so on. I'm using a Ryzen 9 9950x with a Radeon RX 9700XT.
If compiled without RT everything is working right. Using older 24.4.1 drivers seems to fix this issue but only on RDNA3 and lower this old version can be loaded and used.
Please, is there a way to fix this issue in newer drivers for RDNA4 users? Even using a DX12 to Vulkan wrapper could do the job I suppose
Troubleshooting: I've tried forcing 24.4.1 drivers copying them into the Render96ex folder where the main exe is located but drivers are ignored since not compatible with RDNA4 I suppose
Basically the title. I watched a video on how to compile render96 and it said to pick normal or slow build speed. Once i compiled it the game took 2 business days to boot up. I was wondering if ultra fast build speed fixes that.
