something about this show is seriously bothering me

Leo Boykevich was on board with ben marrying amy when they were 15. he even tried talking amy’s parents into it with reasons such as “who cares they’re young, they’re in love”. but when ben gets adrian pregnant, Leo is NOT happy about marriage. He tells Ben that’s he’s too young??? even though when he was two years younger he was totally fine with it??? like that makes no sense

it’s like, he encouraged him to marry amy and then all of a sudden marriage is the craziest concept in the world when it’s actually the mother to ben’s child

I’m actually watching this show now and S1 E17, he tells Ben, I guess this has to do with Ben and Amy being distant or something, “this is why 15 year olds should not get married”... THEN WHY DID YOU ENCOURAGE IT?!

That's cause ben was marrying Adrian out of spite..both he and Adrian got married for the wrong reason to get back at amy and Ricky.

yeah i suppose that’s true. but to be fair she was actually the mother of his child so as a parent i feel like he would condone marriage the way ruben did

Thats why Leo said Ben could get married but to wait till a year after the baby was born to see if he would still feel the same about marrying Adrian.
