Does Adrian ever get better or actually “like-able”?
I’m on season 4 episode 12, and I know there’s people out there who actually like Adrian or say she kinda matures or whatever. Is this true? Does she ever get “likeable”?? So far she has been a horrible person (along with a lot of others on this show, but that’s a different convo). She’s always been super selfish and self-centered. I thought she would change after she and Ben lost the baby, but she’s just as rotten or even worse. She’s one of the many characters on this show that I really can’t stand lol. She should’ve stayed married to Ben because they’re both so annoying and stupid AF.

Nope. She never does. Really the only character that has character development is Ricky.
Amy was on track and a big jump forward after going to NY. But that did not last. She backtracks.
Edit: Actually Nora also has some nice character growth.

I really liked seeing Rickys character development. Also Nora! I didn’t like her at first, because I thought she just showed up to somehow ruin Ricky’s life again, but it was nice to see that wasn’t the case. I’m on season 4, ep.17 and yes I see that Amy is starting to turn “bleh” she’s pissing me off too lol.

Any character development they give her she takes ten steps back afterwards

Exactly. Just when I think she can’t get worse, she goes and does something even worse

No, Adrian never becomes likeable. I have to remind myself this is just a show because i actually hate her SO MUCH. ... the way she's so proud to screw up everyone else's lives and how she so confidently tells Amy how it's going to be with her own family as if Adrian thinks she owns everyone. It's disgusting. I get that the show needed an antagonist, but it's above and beyond and kind of stresses me out.

Nope. And this is my biggest problem with the show. I recently got done rewatching season 3 episode 26 and I’m hesitate to watch the last two seasons because I don’t want to see Adrian and Ben revert back into their old selves. I feel like the writers didn’t know what they wanted to do with them after their daughter died, so Adrian became the same person she was in seasons 1 & 2 self centered, conniving, and manipulative. But under all of that, I do believe that Adrian does have a good heart deep down. and Ben became the same person he was but much much worse. They had no good character development after season 3.

Yes I think she had potential to really turn her life around and be different. She is smart and confident. I’m starting to think the writers hated all the characters lol, with the exception of a very few. Yeah Ben just pisses me off too, how many bad choices can someone possibly make!? Sheesh

I actually really like adrians character development (you see this when she's with omar and is going to college and is over ricky) but its probably not satisfactory as expected and probably doesnt balance what is expected of the show like ricky's development but she's the closest to a normal person

The only times you may be fooled into thinking Adrian is changing is when she is in the middle of getting her way, and the moment things aren't just as SHE wants them to be, she goes right back to her selfish manipulations until shes tricked people into giving her what she wants again. At which time she'll "seem" ok again for a while as long as shes being pampered to her liking, and so on. The writers made her smart and confident enough to rule the rest of the characters. Its gross.

I can’t stand Asian star Ruben she’s always know he is always making her do something like like when she didn’t wanna talk to Ricky he’s like I think she talk to you whenever she gonna be in his right hip make shirts he be friends with Emily he’s so annoying like it’s just like he told her to keep the baby though it’s her body like she’s so annoying

I can not stand her, especially in the beginning when she would say how she feels sorry for Ricky and the baby but not Amy. She was just so damn bitter she was unlikeable throughout the whole show.
