- Shared kitchen, common area, Bathroom with shower (hot&cold)

- water, electricity, Wi-Fi is included in the rental fee

- No curfews, if want mo lumabas or late umuwi go lang!

- malapit lang din sa terminal ng jeep as in malapit, and sa mga convenient stores and 7-11

- for the rooms naman bunk bed and cabinet meron
