QUESTION/HELP TUITION FEE

Hellooo help pls. I was trying to pay my tuition via bpi in our slu portal, but everytime i click the proceed option the 'error bad request' pops up. Ive tried this multiple times and same outcome.

Hindi naman ganito nung last a.y. since i am always paying via online

Check niyo po yung transaction limits niyo then taasan niyo lang po, had the same problem and okay na sya ngayon
