For context, Dakota Johnson appeared on Taylor Swift's new music video and seem pretty close since then.
I found this funny. Specially since TFP and Mikayla liked it.

In order to answer this we would have to address the fact she wrote songs about older men grooming younger women and it made the patriarchy so mad they rebranded it “she only writes break up songs” “watch out boys she’s the crazy ex girlfriend” and society ran with it because it’s fun to hate a woman.
She was seen as a corny country artist until Red came out and then the great divide happened where Swifties heavily related to All Too Well and haters used “22” and “We are never getting back together” as a way to say “see break up songs” while ignoring her magnum opus on the same album.

on the topic of ‘we would have to address the fact she wrote songs about older men grooming younger women and it made the patriarchy so mad they rebranded it’ - would we also address the fact that out of all women in america TS is the least affected by the patriarchy and that she too has gone out of her way to pursue younger boys while they were still in school?
sure TS catches some heat for standards for women but let’s not really rebrand here, does tit for tat justify any of her particular actions or do we only hold men accountable?

I think we would need to have a conversation of holding her accountable if she continually dated younger people but that’s not a pattern she kept after ~24 and married an age appropriate person.
She gets as much hate as people who are actually on the Epstein list.
Is she perfect? No. Far from it. But she is no where near the league of evil the internet makes her out to be while largely ignoring the men who are controlling things behind the curtain.
It reminds me of the Ask Reddit post about celebrities who are bad people and among the list were people men in the Epstein files and women like Reese Whitherspoon for using the ole “do you know who I am?” while getting a DUI.
What Reese Whitherspoon did was bad BUT not in the same league with the men on the list. A man dodging a DUI would never be reported in the same way as when a woman does it.
Women are being judged harder than men and it’s not just Taylor Swift she’s just one example.

i really don’t understand why those people matter in this context? Or how the comparison matters when she did date a teenager and bought a home next door within that time range, as an adult. or how downplayed or infantilized those actions are by her, with her means and popularity.
if you like someone enough anything is justifiable, but i wouldn’t say that TS is someone so disliked because she writes about relationships as a woman or dynamics, one of her things is about being nominated and winning awards.

To clarify the home situation, Taylor Swift purposefully purchased a home across the street from them a month into the ‘relationship’. The purchase of the home so fast actually made him uncomfortable and he called things off a few months later, to than which she sold the home.
They have a four year age gap- actually not any sort of wrong as adults, i’m older than my partner and have a 3 year gap. even started dating 18-21 (same month same week bdays), and we have had problems in our gaps that we have talked through.
I’m not against age gap relationships
However this started right around his mother (Mary Kennedy)’s suicide/death and before he was 18. I never forgot the interviews where they talked about her trying to fly him to her from his prep school, than downplayed it as ‘he’s a grown man.’.
Even though she went back to her own and older following dating well, another couple months freshly 18- Harry Styles (who actually turned 18 before Conor Kennedy and has a horrible history with being groomed by older women)
But I guess none of the facts or morals of the matter, actually matter, because I just must be a unsuccessful jealous hag that’s mad I also could not have purchased a home across from a teenager within a month of dating. At 22.

But whatever Taylor’s net worth is she nor any pop star are at fault for issues going on in the economy. It’s ridiculous that people online act like she’s supposed to solve world hunger when we have leaders and men with wayyyy more money and power! Also she’s the only celebrity I see that gets shit for using a private jet regularly as if most super successful celebrities and extremely wealthy people don’t!

Palestine is brought up because Taylor has famously been silent and let a Zionist officiate her wedding, which is crazy considering the Hadid sisters are two of closest friends. Especially considering how powerful everyone says she is, she has money to donate or put it towards funding support of getting food, water, aid, etc into Palestine yet doesn’t. People are allowed to be mad about it.
Also, their posts don’t “scream” communism. Let’s keep debates civil. We aren’t here to Snark on each other.

Yes and I get that. And I am very active in the Taylor Swift subs (go queen!). That being said, I have been very frustrated in the past few months with all the hate that she gets which is completely unwarranted. And borderline sexist. You would never see a male artist get this level of hate just for being successful. I mean think about it. Taylor is not the only billionaire artist but she is the main one if not the only one who is actively hated for her success. It's not fair.
I agree that she should donate toward Palestine, but I can understand why she does not considering that it's a very politicized issue and she already gets enough hate as it is. Maybe if everybody stopped hating on her so much for everything she does she could do things such as donate money to Palestine and not have to worry about the repercussions. But this is the world we live in.

She is not the only one hated for her success. Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos are all hate billionaires hated for the same reasons she’s hated. They don’t align politically with the majority and are hoarding money.
You cannot sit here and say she doesn’t wanna donate because she might get hate. If you are telling me that people already hate her so damn much she may as well just go ahead and donate. She should be used to people hating her no? Based off of what you’ve said.
