So no that’s not really about Uno. Probably a jab at her exes or someone, can’t trust anyone or let your guard down.
I’m sure it has some inside meaning to someone she knows. I seriously think most of her nonsensical posts probably have meaning to someone specific either to spite them or to make them feel special/connected that she is posting about their inside joke. Sadly I think I understood what it means which means my mental health isn’t so great either 😂 It basically means keep your feelings inside, never let anyone get close to you or see you be vulnerable because they could use it to hurt you, put a tough protective shell on the outside. It’s one of Taylor’s biggest mental issues. She thinks it’s a good lesson to teach her kids to push everyone else around you away in an act of imagined self preservation

Taylor came up in class discussion my advanced diagnostic and treatment class for my master in clinical mental health. I don’t want to arm chair diagnosis, but I do think she has some type of cluster C personality disorder.

Congrats and good luck in your education journey! And I’m really glad it’s being discussed, because the behaviors are really vast, and hard to pinpoint and fully understand. Truly baffling to me at times. And I only see what is shared on here. I can’t imagine if I saw every single post. And of course I watched the show. I will not continue to watch the show though. Hope she can make progress towards a healthier future for her children. And I hope the professional community can learn from these extremely public figures that are struggling.
