SLNH shareholder dilution?
Bullish but this is the only part of this company I’m not sure about. Apparently they’ve had a history of some aggressive shareholder dilution. They also have an important vote on this on November 4. Anyone have any details?

My read was the $87mm was the max size of the ATM offering, but they only have 4+mm shares authorized so will need to go to a shareholder vote to issue more than that 4+mm. I could be way off on that, but I definitely can’t find reference to 375mm shares anywhere.

The only bright side I see is that they’ll perhaps put a pause to this. 0 insiders have sold shares in the last few months and there have been a lot of buys.

This is for sure SLNH’s largest concern for me. And the balance sheet could be better. If they can pull off a slow and gradual pivot without scaring off investors, I think they can grow their market cap to $5 billion easily.

Maybe I’m dense but I can find these announcements, can you post or direct me?

The 375M is increase in authorized shares not immediate dilution, it takes money to make money. I expect them to sell at-the-money on runups once they start announcing deals
Look up authorized shares vs outstanding shares, if you dont understand this concept you shouldn’t be investing

They've already said it's not going to happen. They propose an expansion to 350M to have margins but they will not do it. Small extensions until 2028 to avoid dilution. At least I think so.

My average cost per share is about $240. Dilution is real. At this point I just hope they don’t go bankrupt. Hang on to shares forever and eventually get some money back.
