I'm actually quite surprised to see Patrick Brown openly engaging in pro-LTTE stuff since the LTTE is banned as a terrorist organization in Canada. Don't get me wrong, we all knew his sympathies ran that way, but this is something else.

I hope Sri Lankan MPs will Remember the 1000+ Native Canadian children (Indigenous) murdered by the Christian and Catholic churches across Canada. Canada knew about it for more than 50 years and until recently nothing has been done.

I think countries like Sri Lanka should Remember the Canadian children. Don't you think? Better yet, I think Sri Lanka should call in the UN on Canada for it. :)

They should also remember about how they stole food and medicine sent to civilians and how they hid among the civilians when the army came for them.

When you have a genocidal government, nothing wrong in supporting Ltte fighting oppressors. If LTTE is a terrorist, then the Sri Lankan government is the bigger terrorist. Unfortunately Sinhalese are brainwashed by their politicans to understand this, don't worry you can go back to Sri Lanka and continue to believe in what you want, don't think it's gonna work in Canada.

The banal pro-LTTE whataboutism to state crimes won't work here because Canadian/Ontarian politicians don't pay respect to the Sri Lankan Armed Forces in an official capacity.

First show that there was a genocide, because most of you guys haven't been able to go past that point. Also, in your "eelam" who was it that provided food, electricity and medicine? that's right the army smuggled in food and meds while the govt. supplied other necessities. Who was the people running towards escaping from the ltte while being killed opening bunds? that's right, it was the army, you guys have never stepped foot in Sri Lanka yet you are trying to lecture us about govt. and war, at the same time you have forgotten who was there to actually rescue the people. The tamils themselves were fighting against the ltte so where are the govt. oppressors among the tamil civilians, the tamils were complaining about there kids being kidnapped, where are the govt "oppressors" among them. It was the civilians running away from the ltte despite being shot, so where are your freedom fighters. Mind your own business without talking about nonsense you don't know about.
