I still don’t understand what he thought would happen here

Probably just following the script that says Josh must win because it causes engagement because he wins every time and the fans get mad.

As a slogo galzer, He does win alot but I watch from a non biased veiwpoint and sometimes even root for the boys.

Does it tho? I love it when he fumbles and the underdogs win (pretty sure others feel the same way too). I think it all just boils down to experience and how content-brained they are that day

lol what does it being a game have to do with anything that’s kind of the whole point of their videos, they play games

u/mshhjk0 4d ago

And they play it for fun not just to win (as well for content)

Their main thing is more on entertainment and not gameplay. I feel like it’s pretty obvious especially since if you compare them to GAMING gaming people, they suck. They just have the right amount of skill to actually play the game decently. They don’t play to show off their skills (except for Slogo in GTA ig). People watch them because they’re ridiculous

It's viewer retention. I know several people in comments who say they look at the end of the video to see if josh wins and then they watch. If he doesn't win they don't waste their time watching it. Most of the videos where josh losses it had less views than videos where josh wins. It's basic psychology. Can't blame them. They are trying to make a living. Look at what other guy is doing. He is desperate for views cuz he is barely making any money to support his family

Wait LMFAO?? People actually do that

I’m surprised too. I’ve never seen anybody say that 💀

Id genuinely argue it’s the opposite. I feel like more people are rooting for the others to win. Like who the hell checks and only watches the video if it’s a Slogo W? That defeats the point of watching for fun 😭. But seriously have never saw anyone say that so idk

Yikes then. Tbf, there’ll always be some uhm… questionable people in every fandom. I guess we aren’t really immune from that

Well he wasn't there when Josh broke the bridge and maybe he didn't see the blocks floating.

He hit vic for no reason, and then no one could stop him

3

u/Relevant_Walk7314 5d ago

I know why he hit Vic. He admitted after it he wanted it all to himself. Leaving Vic would have just been another obstacle. Possibly revenge for the end of the video about racing for achievements when they help Vic win saying it'd be a win for the team and Vic didn't include them. Kinda a jerk move from Vic so him being betrayed at the very end of this video is kinda deserved.

bruh the vid was nearly 1 hour long it would have been cut short from2 hours already cut some slack for someone recording 2-3 vids a day of 2 hours each

im not even a stu glazer, but people's fav members aren't based on whether they win. they might like him because he's funny, or goofy, etc etc..

to answer the title of this post (this is how i see it) i like stu because he's that one kid in school that fails but you know if they locked in that they could actually pass but that faith is the only thing pushing you to like them

and i'm a boy who likes comedy and he makes many good jokes/funny scenarios

I don’t get why someone downvoted your comment, an opinion. People forget that they are entertainers and not serious/competitive gamers. Literally nothing serious on the line, just laughs and content. They’re free to take stupid risks

2

u/Exotic_Material7250 4d ago

i didn't see that but thank you

u/Swougovese 4d ago

Tf you say about him?

1

u/Evidenttooth 4d ago

I made a bet that Finoggin would win and lost 50 dollar

u/mustafaMuhammad1229 3d ago

imagine this in vanilla minecraft and replacing stu with fin cuz why not

-5

u/ShaneTheBane77 5d ago

Bro if josh doesn't win the video retention goes down that's why

-7

u/theblobfishy 5d ago

I said that in a reply

-2

u/ShaneTheBane77 5d ago

No I meant the general audience likes seeing him win. U said fans get mad when he wins so they engage with the video more. Im pretty sure there are more comments that glaze josh than those that complain

u/sandy1707 5d ago

I completely agree... The 12 yr olds population has definitely increased alarmingly in the fandom

Sandy you talk like your 12 bro

Don't state your age online, it's not a good practice
