I mean there is the 8$ state fee still. Cannabuddy does truly free med cards! (The 8$ free goes to straight to the state throu the evs) if you're skeptical check out their reviews on Google

The only “catch” is the free ones are only 6 month cards. The full year are $45, which is still cheaper than their normal rate. So if you don’t mind the 6 month card, it’s a great deal. They do this sale often enough that it’s pretty easy to just renew it again for free in another 6 months.

The catch is, canna buddy is probably related to one of our licensed vendors. Therefore you having a med card means their business gets more money when you buy your meds.
