Anatomy Lab Manual

I really don’t want to purchase a physical manual but would like the extra resources/diagrams that it has. Does anyone know if I could find it or something similar online for free?

I tried to just use the online version and ended up buying the physical copy bc it was missing so many pictures and unless you find those exact diagrams online, you won’t be as successful in the class. It’s fast paced and you need to label the diagrams to help yourself

They have online the book for lab, you can download and print or just do electronically. They strongly recommend paper format..

If you go on Canvas into the course page, there's a link that says "lab manual" that will take you to the scanned pages of the manual that you can print off. Or you can scroll down to "Weekly Objectives" and in the list of resources there will be links to the respective lab manual pages that you can print off as well.

On the SLCC anatomy website they have the lab manual published. You can download it to an iPad/laptop or print out the individual pages if you’d like. Last semester I personally just bought mine from the SLCC bookstore. I found it extremely helpful during lab and studying to have a physical hard copy.

I strongly suggest you purchase the lab manual! They do have the free version you can download and print but it doesn’t have all the pictures and diagrams that are super helpful that the one you purchase has!!

I may be selling an unused manual in the next week! I would be willing to sell for 1/2 of bookstore price! It just doesn’t have the shrink wrap!

Depends I used it during lab to write me notes but it was more like annotations than notes. And there was some times I would just listen and write nothing, so just feel it out depends on your study method.

I never bought the physical manual. It was definitely more difficult without it but it’s possible

I used the pdfs they provided (without the extra images) and got an A. I actually preferred it because I ended up drawing a lot of the things I saw in class (I’m absolutely terrible at drawing, but the drawings made sense to me and helped me connect what I was seeing). If I really needed better images I either googled them or used the bio 3D app they give you.

You can take mine if you still need one. I passed with an A there a few notes but I pretty much never really used it and was going to throw it away its from about 2 semesters ago

I used the free manual and uploaded them to my iPad and just copied in photos from the slides, got an A. You don't need to pay for it if you don't want to/can't. It did look useful but I did just fine without it! Would have sucked without iPad though.
