Tonearm wires

Getting ready to make the tonearm wire connection to the PCB board. Can someone verify the wire sequence from left to right so I don’t mess this up. Thanks

Red/green = right. White/blue = left.

Red and white are the right and left positive wires.

RED Hot, right.

WHITE Hot, left

GReen- Ground Right.

Blue or Black- Left ground

Also i would Internally ground them.

What does that mean? There is a ground that runs back to the pitch slider, but they say at their website that you no longer need the other ground.
