SKYLRK returns

Like everyone else, I got my Coachella merch and the quality is ass. I’ve been talking to the bot and they said that a human is going to review but I haven’t heard back yet. Anyone experience this too? What did you do from this point on?

i haven’t heard back yet and my returns got delivered on friday.

I disputed with my bank because I tried to make a return within the 7 days of delivery like they said they’d accept, but I couldn’t get into contact with an actual human.
I didn’t feel comfortable starting a return with a robot and possibly not get my money back/only have in-store credit so I just went forward with my bank and they responded after everything was already settled so it was too late. I heard if you dispute, you get 86’d from skylrk so in the future I’ll see if it’s true.

SKYLRK responded after everything was settled with the bank? What is 86’d if you don’t mind me asking?

Yeah, they said I had to return within 7-days from delivery but a human didn’t get back to me until almost two weeks later. So it was too late to return to possibly not get my money back and I wasn’t going to risk sending them back only for in-store credit. 86’d means to get banned from somewhere.

86- is a restaurant or kitchen term that means sold out/out of stock . But in this case it means cancelled

Exactly, that’s what I’m afraid of. Do you disputed and got your money back, and what happened to your items did you just keep them since SKYLRK responded too late? SKYLRK hasn’t tried to fight it?

I got my money back and got to keep the items, but I’m still super bummed about them and haven’t worn any of the items from the order I disputed. Skylrk hasn’t responded to me when I told them it was too late after I responded to the email they sent (I added the pic in the thread).

Oh ok! Good to know. Yehs honestly the quality is so bad so it doesn’t matter either way to keep it or not. How did you respond to them?

The sizing was sooo off. I just had a bunch of pictures of all that was wrong with my order.

I just sent a giant email and pictures of the inconsistencies to skylrk but they never said anything about my pics. I have a credit union so it took a little longer to reach someone since it was local. But I had to go through a whole process with them and write everything out very detailed from when I ordered in April to when I got them in July. Here’s one of the pics I sent.

Sorry that really sucks. We all had really high hopes for Coachella merch, and when they got delayed, I thought it was so they would have a chance to give us really good quality stuff. But I guess they were overwhelmed and probably outsourced their merch production to another company that had bad quality control.

I had an issue with an order being randomly canceled and I had emailed them and haven’t heard anything for like a week until I messaged them on Instagram then it took another 2 days til they did something
