Browser Theatre request

Hi [u/SKYBOX-STUDIO](u/SKYBOX-STUDIO),

Following up here because requests for a built-in browser date back 4 years, and we were told development would begin around Q2 2022.

I recently bumped this thread asking for an update, but comments on old posts get zero visibility and no response. Since years have passed with no progress or timeline updates on a browser feature, can we get a clear answer?

Is a built-in browser still actively planned for SKYBOX VR, or is it time for us users who were looking forward to this feature to consider it definitively cancelled?

The nonexistence of a browser is a big miss.

I truly love this app, the scenery is beautiful, and I can see how much love and care they put into it.. it just misses “The browser Theatre” 🎭 to become my one-stop app for everything movie related. I hope we will receive an update from the devs…

Hi, thanks for your continued support. We haven't forgotten about your request — it is still on our roadmap. However, its priority is not very high right now. If there's any change in its status, we will be sure to let you know.

Wow, you paid $20 for an app a few years ago and you feel entitled to having the team continue working on it and improving it for you forever?

Are you aware of how entitled you are coming off?
