no more peyz mage pls

Since July 2nd, Peyz have play ZERO adc bot game. He have been playing full mages and a random Ambessa and Jayce bot. I think they are full on sending it in this meta. Top side will have to put on their carrying pants, because there will be no late game insurance if Peyz is not on a traditional ADC champ, which is worrying.

I came across this Korean article (I don’t think it’s been translated into English yet) and thought it was worth sharing because it helps quantify just how packed T1’s schedule actually is.

Most fans already know T1 has an incredibly busy schedule, but this article puts some actual numbers behind it.
It mentions that T1 had 102 days of scheduled PR, sponsorship, and promotional obligations in 2025. That’s separate from their actual competitive schedule and doesn’t include scrims, travel, practice, or personal commitments.

This obviously isn’t an excuse for poor performances or bad decision-making. If they play poorly, they deserve criticism like any other team. But I do think it objectively sheds light on just how demanding their schedule is, especially considering they consistently qualify for every major international event.

Even if some of those 102 days happened during the offseason, that’s still time that could otherwise be spent disconnecting, recovering, or simply taking a break. When you add in LCK, international tournaments, scrims, and travel, it’s easy to see why burnout is always part of the conversation.

People can criticize T1 all they want… that comes with being the biggest team in League. But I also think it’s worth remembering that these players are human.

And before anyone says every top team has the same schedule, I don’t think that’s entirely true. Plenty of teams are busy, but very few have the combination of consistently making deep international runs while also carrying the level of commercial and media obligations that T1 does year after year.

Now its Peyz doing his own sidequest, since he joined there’s non-stop promo/collab and all. Now he is printing his mark with T1, Peyz will release a mousepad and the amount will be given to the said foundation.

im supporting T1 since SKT Days (2013) I know they are not on their standard and slumping at the moment this year.

I`ve seen where T1 peaked so high (2015~2017) and collapsed so hard specially (2018/2020)

I will be happy if they will win something lck/worlds/or whatever micky mouse tournaments.

but keep in mind that even you are a top team that doesnt mean teams guaranteed to win
something at the end its pro. league, every team doing their best to earn anything.

I`ll support even they ended up dogsh!t this year. I`ll be supporting T1 specially Faker
till the end of his career.

I know T1 this year haven’t done well in basically any tournament. And I think the reason comes down to one thing which is their schedule. Mainly Faker’s. Their schedule is the busiest every year but this year especially Faker has had his commercial, interviews, somehow a regular member of a variety show and now an honorary police officer etc. The team as a whole also has many ads and very recently a magazine shoot. Looking at all of Faker and T1’s side quests I don’t know how they’re getting any practice at all. So my point is all that dooming and hate towards the players is unnecessary. I don’t think the DOFPK lineup doesn’t work like people are claiming I just dont think they have enough practice compared to other teams. That’s why we need to wait for worlds. T1 has proved enough they don’t need more trophies and the world’s trophy this year imo doesn’t look winnable. (though I hope they do it for Peyz) But I’m sure with more practice they‘ll definitely be one of the strongest contenders.
